Job summary

Invited, a leading hospitality group, seeks an Outside Services Attendant to deliver outstanding member and guest service at the club. You will assist with bag handling, cart prep, range operations, and keep work areas clean and organized.

Report to the Supervisor Outside Services and collaborate with golf operations staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Must be reliable, have a high school diploma, and bring strong communication and golf knowledge to the team.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with members/guests.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and expectations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional in appearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading/unloading bags and preparing equipment.
• Promote club events and amenities to enhance guest experience.
• Marshal carts, ensure cleanliness and maintenance, report issues.
• Maintain cart barn, practice facilities, and surrounding areas.
