Job summary

Invited is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to provide outstanding service to members and guests at the club. You will assist with bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and maintain clean work areas to ensure a seamless golf experience.

You will marshal carts, stock practice areas, and support golf operations daily. A high school diploma or GED and strong communication skills are required; willingness to work outdoors, be reliable, and provide friendly service is essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset and strong communication with members and guests.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette and course etiquette is a plus.
• Reliability and attention to detail in outdoor/front-line roles.
• Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to varied duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading/unloading bags and delivering clubs to cars as needed.
• Promote club events and course conditions to enhance member experience.
• Marshal carts in staging areas, track usage, and report any damage.
• Maintain cleanliness of cart barn, practice facilities, and surrounding areas.
• Set up and manage practice areas with range balls and equipment.
• Collaborate with golf operations staff to ensure smooth service throughout the day.
• Attend daily briefings and complete tasks to club standards.
