Job summary

Shadow Hills Golf Club in Indio, CA is seeking an Outside Service Attendant to greet players, manage the driving range, and support golf operations on busy days. This role offers an entry-level pathway within a Troon-managed property where guest service and teamwork are essential.

As part of the Troon family, you will help maintain clean golf cars and clubs, assist with play coordination, and ensure safety and guest satisfaction while upholding our TRIP service standards.

Qualifications

• Greet players and assist guests professionally.
• Basic math and measurement tasks for range setup.
• Knowledge of property management system for check-in and operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet players in a friendly manner.
• Have golf cars staged at the podium before first tee time.
• Prepare member and guest side of range with amenities.
• Maintain podium and bag drop area presentation.
• Coordinate with starters on tee sheets and play flow.
• Communicate with Independent Contractor Caddies.
• Clean golf cars and store properly each evening.
• Clean clubs and organize storage areas.
• Keep fleet clean and inventoried after use.
• Break down range setup and reset range as needed.
• Assist with Foot Golf setup on designated evenings.
• Handle multiple tasks with safety in mind.
• Uphold TRIP service standards and professional conduct.
