Job summary

Troon in Bradenton, FL seeks a General Manager for SeaFlower to lead community operations, drive guest experience, and manage budgets and capital plans.

You will mentor department leaders, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with marketing and membership efforts to grow business. A Bachelor’s degree and Florida CAM license are preferred; MS Office proficiency required; salary range $95,000–$105,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading operations and teams in hospitality or community management.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and business software.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for all community operations.
• Develop and monitor annual operating and capital budgets and forecasts.
• Mentor and develop department leaders and associates through processes.
• Ensure compliance with policies, HR procedures, safety standards, and regulations.
• Oversee maintenance and long-term planning of club facilities and assets.
• Collaborate with leaders to drive operational excellence across departments.
