Job summary

Arcis Golf seeks a General Manager for Signature of Solon Country Club in Solon, OH. The ideal candidate will oversee golf operations, F&B, sales, merchandising, and agronomy, driving guest satisfaction and profitability within a collaborative executive team.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, staff development, and compliance across federal, state, and local rules, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in golf, service or hospitality.
• Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college or university.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive problem‑solving with strong decision-making capability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all departments to include golf operations, food and beverage, sales, merchandising, and agronomy.
• Partner closely with Corporate Revenue, Sales and Marketing to create programming, marketing plans, sales and pricing strategies.
• Create and execute short term and long term operational and financial plans for the club.
• Responsible for staff selection, development, leadership and retention.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws.
