PGA TOUR Superstore in Tampa, FL is seeking a Part-time Retail Sales Associate - Golf Clubs to help customers choose the right clubs and accessories. You will engage customers, assist with club fittings, process returns and exchanges, and keep the Hard Goods area clean and visually appealing.

We value strong communication, reliable teamwork, and basic computer skills. The role requires flexible availability including evenings and weekends, with on-site work in a dynamic golf retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide world-class service in the Golf Clubs area.
• Assist with club fittings and demonstrate knowledge of products.
• Handle front-end operations including returns, exchanges, and promotions.
• Maintain a premiere merchandising and visual presentation of Hard Goods.
• Support in-store events and promotional activities as needed.
