Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Retail Master Club Fitter to build golfer relationships and deliver exceptional club fitting experiences. You will support store sales in golf services, training fitters, and driving revenue across simulator, putting green, repairs, and related programs.

You will analyze golf sales data, greet customers, and maintain product and service knowledge while ensuring high standards of customer care and store operations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail experience preferred.
• 1-3 years golf industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build golfer relationships and work one-on-one with golfers and teammates to ensure a positive club fitting experience.
• Support the Operations Sales Manager in achieving sales performance, profit contribution and P&L controls.
• Train and certify all club fitters and drive sales in services such as simulator, putting green, Special Orders, Pre-Owned, club fitting and repair programs.
• Analyze golf sales reports to understand results and opportunities and communicate them to teammates.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers; greet and assist as needed.
• Monitor sales, customer service and operational efforts on the selling floor.
• Be the point of contact for customers and teammates for golf services knowledge and standards.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, promotions, testing merchandise and advertising.
• Manage store services sales by performing customer club fittings and repairs.
• Train teammates on services, specialized selling techniques, and services technology.
