Job summary

Invited is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to assist golfers and support the golf operations team at our club. You’ll handle bag loading, cart preparation, range set-up, and ensure carts and facilities stay clean and ready for play.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, golf knowledge, and a positive, reliable attitude, with attention to detail and a commitment to outstanding service. Outdoor, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with members, guests, and staff.
• Strong knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service.
• High attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading and unloading bags, preparing them for play, answering questions, offering etiquette suggestions, and post-round support.
• Promote club events, course conditions, and amenities to enhance member/guest experience.
• Marshal carts in the staging area, assign to players, track usage, and ensure cleanliness and repair.
• Maintain cart barn and storage areas, practice facilities, and surrounding spaces tidy and safe.
• Set up and manage practice areas, stocking range balls and equipment for daily use.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals, and starters for smooth operations.
• Complete daily assignments in designated areas meeting club standards and inventory levels.
