Job summary

Invited is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to deliver outstanding service to members and guests at the club. You will assist with bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and keeping work areas clean and ready for use.

You will marshal carts, promote club events, and collaborate with golf operations staff to ensure a seamless, enjoyable experience for all golfers. This is a hands-on role at our prestigious clubs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills with members, guests, and staff.
• Strong knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices.
• Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding service.
• High attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading/unloading bags and preparing them for play.
• Answer questions and offer golf etiquette guidance; provide post-round club services.
• Promote club events and amenities to enhance the member/guest experience.
• Marshal carts, track usage, ensure clean, safe carts and report issues.
• Maintain clean, organized cart barn, practice facilities, and pro shop area.
• Set up and manage practice areas with range balls and equipment.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals, and starters for seamless service.
• Complete daily assignments while upholding club standards.
