You will verify IDs, handle payments, and maintain a clean, efficient bar area. The role requires TAB C certification, a high school diploma, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be of legal age to sell and serve alcoholic beverages; state requirements may apply.
• Knowledge of ingredients for various mixed drinks, wine, and service etiquette.
• Flexible schedule; able to multitask and stay patient.
• Experience handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Able to use a calculator and cash register or POS system.
• Ability to operate bar equipment (blender, coffee maker, knives, ice machine, etc.).
• High school diploma required; 1 year of related experience or equivalent education/experience.
• TAB/C Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Verify identification and age requirements of guests and members.
• Mix traditional and creative cocktails.
• Process payments.
• Clean glasses and bar utensils.
• Provide food and beverage suggestions based on guest tastes.
• Open and maintain tabs throughout the shift.
