Job summary

Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort, part of Troon, is seeking a Club Attendant to assist guests, manage reservations, and support daily golf shop operations at the Rancho Mirage, CA location. The role involves friendly service, cash handling, POS duties, and helping with inventory and check-in processes.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, basic computer skills, and a passion for golf. This is a fast-paced hospitality environment with tips in addition to hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Knowledge about the game of golf preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer reservations for guests of the golf course.
• Provide customer service to arriving guests to help expedite check-in.
• Arrange and display golf shop inventory as necessary and directed.
• Collect green and cart fees from guests and process in the POS system as trained.
• Issue receipts for guest purchases.
• Take messages for staff or guests.
• Assist in packing and unpacking inventory and golf operations supplies.
• Assist in reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable charges to daily register at the closing of the day.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
