Responsibilities

• Greet customers enthusiastically and by name when possible.
• Maintain an appealing golf shop environment per Omni Hotels standards.
• Provide professional advice and assistance as required.
• Handle sales, rentals, tournaments, and related services as directed by management.
• Book starting time reservations and manage guest flow.
• Promote resort services to enhance guest experiences.
• Assist in shop presentation and inventory counts with Merchandise Manager.
• Balance daily cash register accurately.
• Answer questions related to the resort and golf facilities.
• Assist in registration of players and tee time management.
