Job summary

Valor is seeking a Golf Cart Attendant to prepare, maintain, and manage golf carts, assist golfers with equipment, and ensure a smooth experience on the course. You will clean, gas/charge carts, and help load or unload clubs while guiding players between the bag drop and cart area.

This role emphasizes friendly, professional service and knowledge of golf rules, with duties including range maintenance and tournament setup as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of the game of golf and its rules.
• Positive guest interaction.

Responsibilities

• Cart maintenance: Clean, wash, refuel, and charge golf carts; inspect them for any damage or necessary repairs.
• Guest assistance: Greet golfers, help them load and unload their clubs, and direct them to their carts.
• Organization and storage: Stage carts for use, return them to the cart barn, and ensure they are properly stored and organized.
• Range operations: In some roles, they may also be responsible for collecting range balls and keeping the driving range stocked.
• Customer service: Provide friendly and professional service, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience on the course.
• Other duties: May involve general cleaning of the work area, assisting with tournament setup, and other tasks as assigned.
