Job summary

Ponte Vedra Inn & Club in northeast Florida is seeking a Golf Cart Attendant to join our Outdoor Services team. You will prepare, clean, and maintain golf carts and assist members and guests on the course.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, English communication, 1–2 years in hospitality or customer service, and a valid Florida driver’s license. Golf experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; must speak, read, write, and comprehend English effectively.
• One to two years of hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• A valid Florida driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Transport golf bags from the bag-drop area to carts or staging areas.
• Greet golfers and assist with loading bags into vehicles or returning them to storage.
• Maintain the bag-storage room in a clean, neat, and secure condition.
• Keep golf carts clean, prepared, and safe for use.
• Inspect golf carts and report any maintenance needs to a supervisor.
• Support daily operation of the Outside Services Department and golf-related events.
