Job summary

NDM Hospitality is seeking a Golf Cart Attendant / Outside Services Attendant to support our outdoor golf operations in Jacksonville. You will prep and manage the golf cart fleet, assist guests, and help with driving range activities to ensure a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

The role requires excellent guest service, reliability, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service and hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Comfort with using tablets/computers for data entry.
• Experience in hospitality or recreation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prep, clean, and manage golf carts for daily play.
• Maintain cart turnover and charging procedures.
• Assist guests with loading/unloading bags and directing them.
• Prepare driving range and stock balls/dispensers.
• Support tournament and event setup.
