Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners is seeking a Golf Cart Attendant to prepare, maintain, and manage golf carts, assisting golfers with equipment and ensuring a smooth guest experience on the course.

Responsibilities include cart cleaning, charging, bag loading assistance, and ensuring proper storage and range operations, while delivering friendly guest service and supporting tournament setups as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid drivers license.
• Knowledge of the game of golf and it’s rules.

Responsibilities

• Cart maintenance: Clean, wash, refuel, and charge golf carts; inspect them for any damage or necessary repairs.
• Guest assistance: Greet golfers, help them load and unload their clubs, and direct them to their carts.
• Organization and storage: Stage carts for use, return them to the cart barn, and ensure they are properly stored and organized.
• Range operations: May be responsible for collecting range balls and keeping the driving range stocked.
• Customer service: Provide friendly and professional service, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience on the course.
• Other duties: May involve general cleaning of the work area, assisting with tournament setup, and other tasks as assigned.
