Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior hospitality or golf-related customer service preferred.
• Ability to lift and move golf bags and equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival at the golf facility.
• Organize and manage the distribution and collection of golf carts.
• Assist players with loading and unloading golf bags onto carts and ensure equipment is ready.
• Maintain an organized cart staging area; ensure carts are clean and charged.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Assist with tournament preparations, including signage and tee markers.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure pace of play remains enjoyable.
