Job Description

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Golf Cart Attendant Supervisor for the beautiful new Barton Creek Resort & Spa! Ranked among the best resorts in Texas and the Southwest, our resort offers a dynamic work environment, comprehensive training, and a culture of respect and empowerment.

Responsibilities

1. Have working knowledge of golf.
2. Lead and delegate tasks while maintaining a positive environment.
3. Ensure golf carts, driving range, and bag drop areas are clean and meet standards.
4. Oversee maintenance of carts according to preventative programs.
5. Coordinate with Golf Maintenance, ClubCar, and mechanics for fleet management.
6. Suggest improvements for range standards, cart presentation, and overall guest experience.
7. Coordinate with resort operations for efficient transfer of golf bags and supplies.
8. Maintain security of equipment and guest belongings.
9. Manage inventory levels of golf carts, tees, balls, towels, tags, scorecards, and water supplies.
10. Ensure proper staffing and communicate effectively with golf staff.
