Job Description

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Golf Cart Attendant Supervisor for the new Barton Creek Resort & Spa!

Ranked among Texas' top resorts: Top 5 Resorts in the Southwest (Condé Nast Traveler) and Top 5 Resorts in Texas (Travel + Leisure World's Best Awards 2023).

Responsibilities

• Have a working knowledge of golf.
• Lead and delegate tasks while maintaining a positive environment.
• Ensure golf carts, driving range, and bag drop area are clean and meet Omni standards.
• Oversee daily maintenance of carts per preventative maintenance program.
• Communicate with Golf Maintenance, ClubCar, and mechanics for fleet management.
• Suggest improvements for driving range standards, cart presentation, and overall facility appearance.
• Coordinate with resort operations to facilitate sharing or transfer of golf bags and supplies.
• Ensure security of equipment and guest belongings.
• Maintain inventory levels of golf carts, tees, balls, towels, bag tags, scorecards, and water supplies based on business levels.
• Manage staffing levels and serve as the main contact between indoor and outdoor golf staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift moderate to heavy weights.
• Ability to operate a golf cart safely and properly.
