Job summary

Cutalong at Tributer Resort is seeking an enthusiastic Outside Cart Attendant to maintain golf carts, assist with bag handling, and provide excellent guest service. You will ensure carts are clean, charged, and ready for use, greet golfers, help with loading bags, and help maintain safe, organized staging areas.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer service or golf-related position is a plus, but not required.
• Must have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and be willing to work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand, walk, or bend for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license is required for operating golf carts

Responsibilities

• Ensure golf carts are clean, properly charged, and ready for use before each round.
• Greet golfers with a friendly attitude, assist with loading/unloading golf bags, and provide directions to the first tee.
• Assist golfers with their golf bags by loading, unloading, and delivering them to designated areas (e.g., the carts or clubhouse).
• Monitor and ensure that carts are stocked with the necessary equipment, including scorecards, tees, and pencils.
• Perform routine checks on golf carts, including tire pressure, oil levels, and battery charging.
• Return carts to their designated spots after use and keep the staging area neat and orderly.
• Ensure all practice facilities are open and ready for players each morning.
• Provide support during tournaments or group outings by assisting with cart assignments and directing players.
• Ensure safe operation of carts by guests and adherence to course rules and safety protocols.
• Perform other tasks as directed by supervisors, including assisting in the parking lot and golf bag storage
