Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Five years of experience in golf operations or golf industry management.
• Employment/club relations experience and HR management training preferred.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools and concepts for business optimization.

Responsibilities

• Provide career counseling and coaching to PGA Professionals throughout their career life cycle.
• Offer job search strategies, resume development, interviewing skills, and negotiation guidance.
• Promote PGA ExecuSearch, Job Seeker Profiles, the PGA Job Board and related tools.
• Gather and utilize PGA and industry data resources to inform candidates and employers.
• Contribute editorial content for Section newsletters, PGA magazine, and industry publications.
• Support membership meetings, events, and recruitment efforts; travel ~50% per year.
