Job summary

Five Iron Golf in Cincinnati is seeking a Server/Bartender to guide guests through the menu, provide recommendations, and drive sales while delivering exceptional service in a lively, gaming‑oriented setting.

Qualifications

• Server, bar, and/or hospitality experience encouraged but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Ability to obtain proper licensing and certifications for the location.
• Meet state minimum age to bartend.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to guests and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of food and beverage offerings; present menus and answer questions.
• Use POS terminals to enter orders and process payments.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
• Assist with inventory and restock to keep bar well‑stocked.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar, simulators, and surrounding areas.
• Generate ideas for specials, cocktails, and promotions.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Follow health and safety regulations for food handling and alcohol service.
• Verify guests' legal drinking age
• Assist with closing duties as needed
