Job summary

Five Iron Golf in Chicago is looking for a Server/Bartender to guide guests through the menu, upsell cocktails, and elevate the dining and gaming experience. You will also help drive sales while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Part-time role with nights and weekends, pay $12.96/hr + tips, and benefits including health, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), and free meals during shifts. Must meet licensing and state age requirements.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or bar experience is encouraged but not required.
• Positive attitude and upbeat energy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Must meet state minimum age and licensing requirements.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and guide guests through the menu.
• Present menus, answer questions, upsell items when appropriate.
• Use POS terminals to enter orders and process payments accurately.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely, courteous manner.
• Maintain bar area and simulators clean and guest-ready.
• Assist with closing duties as needed.
