Job summary

Fountains Country Club is seeking a Golf Bagroom & Cart Attendant to assist Members and Guests, work outdoors, and contribute to a positive, safety-conscious environment. You will help with bag handling, cart operations, and maintaining the bag drop area while delivering top-notch service.

Ideal candidates enjoy outdoor work, speak with Members, and can lift bags up to 25 pounds. A valid driver’s license is required to operate onsite vehicles, with careful, slow driving standards observed at all

• Provide friendly, courteous service to Members and Guests.
• Ensure safety while interacting outdoors and around golf carts.
• Communicate effectively with team and guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding Customer Service to all Members and Guests.
• Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license in order to operate any vehicle onsite, including gas vehicles and electric vehicles.
• All vehicles must be driven slowly at all times and with extreme caution.
• Load golf bags for Members and Guests onto Golf Carts.
• Ability to lift golf bags up to 25 pounds and return them to their proper position on a daily basis.
• Cart Wash Area/Trash Cans are cleaned at the end of the day.
• Opening/Closing Shift Leader checklist is completed every day.
• Assist with Tournament Setup/Breakdown during Tournament Days.
• Responsible for properly receiving/returning golf bags to the Bag Drop Area.
• Assist Members with Lost and Found items such as Golf Clubs and Headcovers.

• Prefer previous experience at a golf club in the area of bag room, golf cart, or driving range, but not necessary.
