Job summary

The Ranch Country Club in Westminster, CO is seeking Outside Service Attendants to support daily golf operations and help create the best possible member and guest experience. You will assist with carts, range setup, bag handling, and maintaining clubhouse areas to ensure smooth play.

Ideal candidates can lift 50 pounds, hold a valid driver's license, and demonstrate a service-oriented attitude with a professional demeanor when greeting members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and have a valid Drivers License.
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner and always maintain a professional image.
• Service and customer focused attitude.
• Greet all Members and Guests by name and in a professional and friendly manner.
• Load / unload Member and Guest's bags onto and off carts.
• Washing, cleaning, and stocking of golf carts.
• Setting up the driving range, maintaining range ball stock, picking range balls, cleaning range balls, and closing the driving range.
• Cleaning Member and Guest's clubs after they finish playing.
• Maintaining a clean bag room area including Member bag storage and cart storage.
• Daily cart staging for regular play, tournaments, and outings.

Essential Responsibilities:

• The Outside Service Attendants will assist the team of Golf Professionals and other Associates in the management of day-to-day golf operations at the facility.
• All duties of the position shall be performed to achieve the highest level of member and guest experience with a focus on total customer satisfaction.
