Job summary

The Club at Quail Ridge in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking a Bagroom Attendant to maintain bag storage, assist members with equipment, and keep the bagroom and surrounding areas clean for daily play.

This role involves outdoor work, heavy lifting, and ensuring carts and bags are organized and ready for tee times. Prior golf club bag room experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prefer prior golf club bag room or driving range experience.
• Prefer some golf knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, quick, efficient service to members and help maintain bag storage and golf cart storage area.
• Bring carts out of storage and ready for use.
• Pull golf bags out of storage and load onto golf carts, in tee-time order.
• Each cart is to be cleaned and washed.
• All clubs and golf bags coming off the course or bag drop are to be cleaned.
• Keep the bag storage area clean daily and at closing.
• Clean and straighten work bench areas before closing.
• Sweep or blow pavement outside bag room, bag drop and walkway.
• Clean each cart storage building on a weekly basis.
• Make sure cart buildings are locked before closing; carts off course.
• Pick up bags at the bag drop and take bags to the bag drop.
• Heavy lifting required (golf bags, baskets with up to 300 balls).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Bagroom Attendant is responsible for maintaining and organizing golf bags, assisting members with their equipment, and keeping the bagroom and surrounding areas clean, organized, and ready for daily play. • To provide friendly, quick, efficient service to all members, and to help maintain an organized bag storage and golf cart storage area.
• Bring carts out of storage and ready for use.
• Pull golf bags out of storage and load onto golf carts, in order of tee times.
• Each cart is to be cleaned and washed.
• All clubs and golf bags coming off the course or bag drop are to be cleaned.
• To keep the bag storage area clean (inside and outside) on a daily basis at closing time.
• Clean and straighten work bench areas before closing.
• Sweep or blow pavement outside bag room, bag drop and walkway coming in, area around ice and water machine.
• Clean each cart storage building on a weekly basis.
• Make sure cart buildings are locked before closing each night. Make sure carts are off course before closing.
• Pick up bags at the bag drop.
• Take bags to the bag drop.
• Heavy lifting required, (golf bags, baskets of range balls with 300 balls to a basket).
• High School Degree, or its equivalent.
• Prefer previous experience at a golf club in the area of bag room, golf cart, or driving range, but not necessary.
• Prefer some golf knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
