Job summary

First Majestic Silver Corp - Jerritt Canyon Gold is seeking a Process Maintenance Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day maintenance of a gold processing plant. You will direct maintenance personnel, coordinate planned and corrective work, and work with Operations and Reliability teams to maximize equipment availability.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, safety focus, and a track record of improving reliability in mineral processing environments.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in mining or processing operations.
• Experience with maintenance planning and reliability programs.
• Strong knowledge of safety practices and LOTO.
• Experience with gold processing or mineral processing equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance personnel and coordinate daily activities.
• Plan and prioritize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and timely work execution.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
• Support shutdowns, turnarounds, and major maintenance campaigns.
