Factor Search is seeking a Gold Processing Specialist to join our client's team in Henderson, NV. The role focuses on leading gold processing studies, developing practical, operable process designs, and delivering projects from scoping through execution.

The candidate should have 15+ years in mineral processing with a strong focus on gold, a degree in Metallurgical/Chemical Engineering, and proven ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams, review deliverables, and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of mineral processing experience with a strong focus on gold.
Experience leading process activities for studies or projects.

Responsibilities

Lead gold processing engineering studies and projects.
Develop, review and optimize gold processing flowsheets (crushing, grinding, leaching, adsorption, recovery).
Lead design activities for PFS and FS with basis of design and simulations.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers.
Interface with management, disciplines and external stakeholders.
Review metallurgical testwork and incorporate results into design.
Support commissioning, troubleshooting and debottlenecking.
