Job summary

Gold Coast JCB, a leading JCB dealer in southeast FL, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support machine sales coverage from our West Palm Beach office. You will be the primary liaison between Gold Coast JCB and customers, handling inquiries, promoting products, and driving orders to completion.

The role demands strong communication, CRM proficiency, and a customer-centric approach, with a focus on timely delivery and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of inside sales support, and/or parts/service sales experience in equipment sales or rental.
• Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the equipment industry.
• Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and build strong relationships with customers in the industry.
• Handle inbound/outbound sales inquiries, provide product information, and close sales.
• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone and email.
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend equipment solutions.

Position Purpose

Gold Coast JCB currently has an opening for an Inside Sales Representative to support our machine sales coverage. This position is responsible for providing exemplary customer satisfaction to assigned accounts through the sale and promotion of products and services offered by Gold Coast JCB. From our main office, the Inside Sales Representative will serve as the primary liaison between Gold Coast JCB and the customer.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities

• The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales and building strong relationships with customers in the industry

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 2 years of inside sales support, and/or parts/service sales experience preferably in the equipment sales or rental industry.
• Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the equipment industry
• Strong customer service skills and a customer‑centric approach
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must pass any drug screens, background checks, and any pre‑employment tests, which will be conducted in accordance with applicable law.
