Job summary

OneBullEx is building a high-speed cryptocurrency derivatives exchange and seeks an architect-level backend engineer to own the design and core code for the partner (agent) system and settlement engine.

You will tackle distributed systems, message queues, and low-latency APIs using Golang, Gin, Kafka/Pulsar, and modern databases. Collaboration with DevOps and R&D ensures reliability and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years of Golang development experience with mastery of core features like goroutines, channels, and GC.
• Proficiency in mainstream Go frameworks (Gin, Echo, GORM) and microservices architecture.
• Deep understanding of message queue principles (Pulsar, Kafka).
• Expertise in relational database design and optimization (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of WebSocket and RESTful API design specifications.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong coding standards, familiarity with design patterns, and code refactoring abilities.
• Proficiency in Git version control and code review practices.

Responsibilities

• Architectural design and core code development of the exchange partner system.
• Lead the R&D of the commission clearing and settlement engine for zero-error fund transfers under high concurrency.
• Utilize Pulsar or Kafka to handle massive transaction order flows and design asynchronous clearing and reconciliation mechanisms.
• Solve data consistency issues in distributed environments and optimize database transaction processing.
• Monitor system performance, optimize API response speeds under the Gin framework, and maintain technical documentation.
