Job summary

OneBullEx is seeking a senior backend engineer to lead the architecture and core code for an exchange partner system. You will implement high-concurrency rebate logic with a focus on zero-error fund transfers, while using Pulsar or Kafka for massive order flow processing.

You will design real-time clearing and reconciliation, address data consistency across distributed services, and optimize DB transactions. Expect responsibility for API performance in Gin and thorough technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of Golang development with Goroutines and GC understanding.
• Proficiency in Gin, Echo, GORM and microservices architecture.
• Deep knowledge of Pulsar or Kafka messaging systems.
• Relational DB design and optimization (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with Redis and MongoDB NoSQL databases.
• WebSocket and RESTful API design proficiency.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes and Git practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and core code development of the exchange partner system.
• Implement clearing and settlement logic with a robust rebate engine under high concurrency.
• Utilize Pulsar or Kafka for high-performance message processing of large order flows.
• Design asynchronous clearing and reconciliation for real-time rebate consistency.
• Resolve data consistency issues in distributed environments and optimize DB transactions.
• Monitor performance, optimize API speeds in Gin, and maintain docs.
