Job Description:

This position is responsible for the following duties, among others:

• High Pressure Gas Safety Manager for Distribution Center
• Regulatory Monitoring for High Pressure Gas Safety
• KGS audit defense - three times a year
• Arranging audit schedule
• Audit preparation
• Defending during audits
• Managing audit-related costs

- Maintenance of certificates for High Pressure Gas Safety Import & Distribution, including dossier preparation and submission for any changes.

- Maintaining procedure documents, revising safety management regulations, WI, and record forms.

- Providing training to employees working in gas warehouses according to Safety Management Regulations for High-Pressure Gas Sales Facilities.

• Creating annual training plans (12 times/year)
• Developing training materials
• Delivering training sessions as a trainer (over 1-2 hours/month)
• Conducting emergency training (twice/year)
• Transport safety training related to consumer facilities (once/year)

- Daily review and approval of facility safety check records.

- Review and approval of customer facility monitoring records (regular basis).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Holder of a safety manager certificate for high-pressure gas sales facilities
• Possession of at least one of the following certificates: Gas Technician, Gas Industrial Engineer, Gas Engineer, Gas Master Technician, or Gas Technical Engineer
• Completed sales facility safety manager training conducted by Korea Gas Safety
• Certification approved by the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy
• Ability to use English for work purposes
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Additional Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Possession of a high-pressure gas sales facility safety management certificate or one of the following: Gas Industrial Engineer, Gas Engineer, Gas Master Technician, Gas Technical Engineer
• Completion of safety management training by Korea Gas Safety
• English proficiency in writing and reading
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Availability to work until July 31, 2026
