Job summary

Chainalysis is seeking a senior recruiter to own and drive hiring for sales and go-to-market roles. You will build pipeline through proactive outbound sourcing, map the talent landscape, and guide hiring managers with market insights.

You will manage high-volume requisitions across enterprise and public sector teams, ensure a positive candidate experience, and use data to improve pipeline health. This role requires 3+ years of full-cycle experience and comfort with Ashby ATS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong track record hiring sales and go-to-market talent including Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and BDRs.
• Demonstrated outbound sourcing ability and direct candidate outreach.
• Experience recruiting sales talent within SaaS and Cybersecurity sectors.
• Experience recruiting in Fintech, Cryptocurrency, or Traditional Financial Services markets.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive hiring for sales and go-to-market roles at Chainalysis.
• Build pipeline through proactive outbound sourcing.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and closing.
• Move candidates efficiently while providing a thoughtful, personalized candidate experience.
• Make data-driven decisions on pipeline health, conversion rates, and sourcing channel effectiveness.
