We foster a collaborative environment focused on career growth and professional development. Our Go-to-Market team seeks a Marketing Specialist with relevant experience. The role offers onsite/hybrid or remote work within the United States.

As a member of the GTM team, the Marketing Specialist will support regional and industry marketing initiatives, working closely with managers and cross-functionally with teams in Editorial, Design, Marketing Technology, Digital Marketing, and Business Development. Responsibilities include supporting growth, client retention, customer engagement, and coordinating local and industry-specific events.

Regional Support:

Support brand development in key regions, assist in planning and coordinating industry-agnostic events and sponsorships, manage budgets, and promote internal awareness of marketing initiatives.

Industry Support:

Focus on Industrial Manufacturing/Consumer Goods and Technology/Life Sciences industries by creating content, managing email marketing, coordinating events & sponsorships, and tracking ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop multi-channel marketing activities to support strategic goals.
  • Research industry trends and competitors to generate content ideas.
  • Create marketing collateral and update assets.
  • Coordinate sponsorships, conferences, webinars, and podcasts.
  • Build stakeholder relationships and collaborate internally.
  • Support additional marketing projects as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Strong collaboration skills and professionalism in stakeholder interactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and content efforts.
  • Attention to detail, prioritization, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences.

  • Proficiency with marketing tools and technologies.
  • Strong PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.

Salary range: $48,450 - $75,000. Salaries depend on experience, education, skills, and location. We do not sponsor work visas. Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S.
