Job summary

Fidelity Labs, Fidelity Investments’ in-house fintech incubator, seeks a Head of GTM Strategy to lead growth and market expansion for our foundation administration platform serving private foundations and family offices. You will define and execute go-to-market plans, identify new opportunities, and accelerate client adoption while shaping product strategy through market insights.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive growth.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, wealth management or tech-enabled businesses.
• Ability to translate market insights into strategic plans and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making with executive communication skills.
• Experience partnering across product, marketing, sales and customer success.
