Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings GO in the Chicago metro area is seeking a dynamic leadership team member to manage day-to-day operations and energize a fast-paced restaurant. You will lead and develop team members, ensure staffing for each shift, uphold food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, hospitality, and safety, and address challenges quickly.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Current ServSafe certification or ability to meet applicable state, county, and local food-handling requirements.
• A competitive, team-first mindset with a passion for sportsmanship, hustle, spontaneity, community, and fun.
• A commitment to delivering best-in-class hospitality, fast and accurate service, and a clean, welcoming restaurant.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to lead by example, motivate a team, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members to deliver an outstanding guest experience
• Ensure the restaurant is appropriately staffed and prepared for each shift
• Maintain high standards for food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and hospitality
• Help recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
• Manage daily restaurant operations efficiently and effectively
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
• Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable laws, regulations, and food-handling requirements
• Create a positive, inclusive, and high-energy workplace where team members can succeed
• Address operational challenges quickly and professionally
• Help drive restaurant performance and uphold Buffalo Wild Wings GO brand standards
