Buffalo Wild Wings GO is seeking a management professional to oversee restaurant operations and drive financial health in a fast-paced, counter-service setting. You will lead a team, train staff, and ensure high standards of food safety and customer experience across shifts.

The role emphasizes leadership, knowledge of labor laws, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to support growth and quality service.

Competenze

• 1-4 years of restaurant, quick service, or management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and train/develop your team.
• Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement.
