Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings GO is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of a streamlined, fast-paced restaurant focused on takeout and delivery. You will lead the team, drive profitability, and create a positive environment for employees and guests.

You'll recruit, train, and develop staff, manage schedules and costs, and ensure compliance with food safety and labor laws while representing the brand in the community.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in fast-casual or QSR preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to train, motivate, and hold a team accountable.
• Knowledge of P&L management, labor scheduling, and inventory control.
• Solid understanding of health codes, food safety, and safe operations.
• Problem-solving skills, organization, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Guest-first attitude with a passion for delivering an excellent experience.
