Job summary

APCOA is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the go-live of new parking locations across Germany. You will coordinate between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget openings with top-notch quality.

You will manage complex projects, build trust with stakeholders, and drive practical solutions while continuously improving processes and standards. A degree and multi-year PM experience are required; travel within Germany is expected.

Qualifications

• A completed degree and several years of project management or coordination experience.
• Strong structuring skills and ability to align diverse stakeholders.
• Confident, trust-building demeanor and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and pragmatic, hands-on approach.
• Willingness to travel within Germany and take responsibility for projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead go-live of new parking locations from contract signing to commissioning.
• Serve as central interface between customers, suppliers, partners and internal teams.
• Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets and quality targets.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and other teams to tailor customer solutions.
• Drive decisions forward, develop processes and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and governance artifacts.
