Job summary

The role requires coordinating tech specialists, facilities, vendors, and executives to deliver on time and budget. You will oversee hardware modernization, prepayment capabilities, and entry/exit improvements for parking, and security projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of progressive software analysis, development, and implementation experience.
• Minimum five years of experience managing complex technical projects.
• Experience in the cultural heritage domain is preferred.
• Construction knowledge is required for this portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close projects.
• Lead parking tech initiatives incl. hardware modernization and prepayment.
• Manage security tech and video incident detection projects.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Track and report progress across multiple teams.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and documentation.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Oversee vendor contracts and relationships.
• Present project status to executives and partners.
• Ensure change-management and communication plans are executed.
• Ensure compliance with scope, time, and cost.
