Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Chandler, AZ is seeking engineers with GNC or MS&A expertise to join an on-site team. You will design and test 6DoF missile flight code, build high-fidelity models, and collaborate with GNC, Systems Engineering and Test teams.

An active U.S. Government Secret clearance is required. Level 3 or Level 4 candidates with related degrees and experience are encouraged to apply. Relocation assistance may be available; occasional travel is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with relevant professional experience or advanced degrees as detailed.
• Directly related GNC experience is required.
• Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, verify, and test high-quality software and simulation toolchains.
• Work on a 6 degree of freedom (6DoF) simulation to design and test missile flight code.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineering, GNC, and Test teams to align simulation deliverables with program objectives.
• Utilize MATLAB, Simulink, STK, C++, Python for modeling and simulation tasks.
