Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or related fields is required.
• Five+ years of related work experience for mid-career level; nine+ for senior level.

Responsibilities

• Support failure investigations and root cause analyses for flight hardware and test equipment.
• Analyze system requirements, verification, and validation for electrical functions.
• Translate requirements into hardware/software specifications and designs.
• Perform test data analysis to validate design against objectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automated test equipment and flight hardware.
• Review schematics and test data to identify root causes of discrepancies.
• Collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions and improve reliability.
• Develop, review, and execute electrical test procedures and scripts.
• Prepare technical reports and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Support environmental, functional, and regression testing of electrical systems.
