Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot routing, operational anomalies, and service incidents.
• Assist execution tests, analyses, and design reviews per FAA, MIL-SPEC, NASA guidance.
• Work under close supervision and interact with supervisor and teammates.
• Support upgrading field assessment tools using data analytics.
