• Experience modeling actuator systems.
• Experience developing performance requirements for actuator systems.
• Experience with electro-mechanical and electro-hydraulic actuator systems.
• DoD Secret level security clearance.
• Experience with MATLAB, C++, Simulink, and Python.
• Experience modeling both linear and nonlinear models in Simulink.
• Experience presenting results to a wide variety of audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Modeling and simulation of actuation systems for various launch and target vehicles.
• Work under general direction of Flight Sciences Functional Manager and Program engineers.
• Collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Systems teams to achieve objectives.
• Design and analyze single and multi-loop PID control systems for actuators.
• Create and maintain linear and nonlinear models in MATLAB and C++.
• Evaluate model output against test data and update models accordingly.
• Plan actuator systems engineering work and perform trade studies.
• Develop performance requirements for actuation system specifications.
• Review actuation test data and implement corrections as needed.
• Provide anomaly investigation support for actuation systems.
• Generate and revise documentation of work performed.
• Conduct kinematic analysis of 3-bar and 4-bar systems.
