Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manufacturing Technician (Warehouse) in Wilson, NC. The role focuses on GMP-compliant warehouse and manufacturing-support activities, including receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of materials within a GMP environment.

You will maintain accurate inventory, verify material identity and status, and coordinate with Manufacturing and Quality teams to support production. A strong emphasis on safety, training, and continuous improvement is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; trade school preferred.
• 3–6 years of manufacturing or distribution experience.
• Strong understanding of GMP standards.
• Ability to interpret SOPs and batch records.

Responsibilities

• Execute warehouse and manufacturing-support processes per SOPs, WI, and GMP.
• Handle inbound activities: receipt, inspection, documentation, labeling, put-away.
• Move materials internally: staging, replenishment, production supply, returns, cycle counting, reconciliation.
• Perform outbound activities: picking, packing, shipping, including temperature-controlled or dry-ice shipments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy in SAP, MES, or other systems; verify conditions and status.
