Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Wilson, NC is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Engineering leader to design and set up parenteral manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with cGMP, ISO and regulatory requirements. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive site objectives, support capital projects, and foster continuous improvement while upholding Credo values.

This on-site role requires travel during facility design.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of experience within pharmaceutical or GMP regulated operations with parenteral drug product manufacturing.
• Proven capability to lead transformational change and communicate/influence at all levels of the organization.
• Proven experience in managing partnerships and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading diverse, multi-disciplinary teams with varying backgrounds.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and work in a team.
• Track record of building strong teams, attracting and developing talent, coaching as needed.
• Experience working in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and setup of manufacturing operations for parenteral drug products compliant with cGMP, ISO and regulators.
• Support design of manufacturing processes and areas for construction of new facility.
• Ensure operations are planned to meet business and production needs.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and open communication.
• Lead talent development, planning and other processes within operations.
• Shape site outcomes and organizational design as part of Project Leadership.
• Lead and sponsor multi-functional teams to support site objectives.
• Provide strategic/operational leadership to the capital project.
• Maintain Credo and Global Leadership Profile compliance in all actions.
• Ensure safety of operations employees and environmental practices.
