Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years logistics process engineering and/or capital project execution in a large‑molecule biotherapeutic cGMP environment.
• Floorplan design for warehouse and material transport corridors; experience with simulation modeling and time studies.
• Ability to lead multicultural teams and remote collaborators.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, EHS by design, C&Q for aseptic manufacturing logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end logistics design ownership, including equipment specs and drawings (URS, data sheets, P&IDs, PFDs).
• Provide process system ownership and technical leadership for logistics equipment in biotherapeutic manufacturing.
• Assess vendor capabilities, influence bid documents, maintain accountability for project execution and system performance.
• Lead detailed design and development of logistics equipment with cross‑functional partners and vendors.
• Serve as logistics SME for large‑molecule projects interfacing with A&E firms and construction partners.
• Lead equipment FAT, SAT, commissioning, qualification, and startup activities.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Facilities, MSAT, Quality, Procurement, E&PS, Automation, Inventory Management, Cold Chain, and EHS.
• Ensure compliance with evolving business needs and regulatory requirements.
