Job summary

Alcami seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead GMP-regulated warehouse operations, ensuring compliant receipt, storage, and distribution of materials for pharmaceutical development and manufacturing. You will drive inventory accuracy and partner with cross-functional teams to support client programs in a fast-paced CDMO environment.

The role requires strong leadership, a solid background in GMP, and hands-on experience with ERP systems to optimize material flow and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years in warehouse/logistics in regulated environments.
• Minimum 2+ years of people leadership in warehouse/supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations supporting GMP-regulated manufacturing and distribution.
• Ensure compliant receipt, storage, inventory control, and issuance of materials per cGMP.
• Oversee material movements and inventory transactions in ERP/SAP with accuracy and traceability.
• Manage controlled temperature storage environments (ambient, refrigerated, frozen, quarantine).
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Project Management teams.
