Almac Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Audubon, PA to oversee warehouse operations, staff performance, and compliance with GMP standards. You will supervise distribution, logistics, and inventory control to meet production schedules and client needs.

Qualifications

Associates degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
5+ years warehouse experience.
5+ years management experience.
Understanding of GMP and GDP a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage all operational staff within Warehouse, Distribution and Logistics with regular performance updates.
Maintain highest organization and cleanliness of the Almac Warehouse per GMP and SOPs.
Schedule and perform distributions/receipts on time with client and Almac expectations.
Oversee production pick lists, returns, and material transfers aligned to the production schedule.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and support process improvements; oversee IID and QA related actions.
Maintain DEA records, conduct year-end inventories, and assist in DEA audits.
