Job summary

SAB BIO is seeking an Warehouse Operations (Ops) & Inventory Associate in Sioux Falls, SD to manage receipt, inspection, storage, and distribution of materials for clinical and commercial phases. You will ensure inventory accuracy, proper labeling, and documentation, while complying with cGMP, FDA guidelines, and SOPs.

The role supports research and development activities, GMP warehousing, and safety standards, requiring forklift operations and adherence to quality controls.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or supply chain.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Experience in a cGMP manufacturing or biotech environment preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP and inventory management systems is highly desirable.
• Experience safely handling biological or related materials is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify against POs and packing slips.
• Inspect for damage or discrepancies and document appropriately.
• Record inventory data using an inventory management system (e.g., SAP).
• Conduct cycle counts and participate in periodic inventories to ensure accuracy.
• Store materials per procedures and environmental requirements.
• Assist in inbound/outbound shipments and regulatory compliance.
